Medical Clinic Hours
Our Medical Clinic is open on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 9am-12pm, no appointment is necessary. We do however take our last patient at 11:45am.
Our Medical Clinic is also open every Wednesday evening by appointment only from 6 to 8pm. Additional walk-in appointments may be available the day of the clinic. The Heart and Soul Clinic is able to serve patients non-emergency health care needs by providing:
- Blood pressure/Blood sugar screenings
- Diagnosis and Treatment of Minor Illnesses
- Preventative Health Screenings and Education
- Women's Health Clinic
- Diabetes Education
- Sports, camp and work physicals
- Childhood Vaccinations
- Physical Therapy
Health Referrals
The clinic also provides referrals for free or low cost health services utilizing health care providers in Hamilton County and the surrounding areas. To receive a referral, individuals must come to the clinic and be seen by a provider.
