2020 End of Year Campaign

Why I'm Participating this Year
2020 has been a year of unique circumstances that have effected both the clinic and clinic patients. During the entirety of 2020, Heart and Soul Free Clinic was able to stay open seeing patients face to face which allowed the clinic to care for needs of the community.
Many people in our community have lost income, jobs and insurance and have sought healthcare assistance at the clinic. The clinic is asking for your support because each medical visit costs the clinic approximately $50 and each dental visit cost the clinic $200. By the end of 2020, it is estimated that the clinic will see 1200 patient visits.
Please help us care for our community by taking care of our patients.
