Heart and Soul Free Clinic to Hold Tea, Fashion Show and Silent Auction Fundraiser

Westfield, IN - The Heart and Soul Free Clinic announced today that the organization will hold its annual tea, fashion show and silent auction on Sunday, April 24 from 2 to 4 p.m. at East Street Studios located on the campus of IMMI at 18880 N. East Street Westfield.

Schaaf CPA Group is the platinum level presenting sponsor of the event and platinum level sponsor Current Publications is the official media sponsor. The theme of this year’s event is Spring into Summer and will feature the season’s latest fashions by Union Street Flowers and Gifts, Westfield which is adding more women’s apparel and accessories to their store; francesca’s located at Clay Terrace, Carmel for the young and young at heart; and children’s apparel from Lil Bloomer Childrens Boutique in Noblesville. For the first time, fashion show vendors will have items for sale before and after the event and will give back 10 percent of each item sold to the Heart and Soul Free Clinic.

Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering will provide the assorted finger sandwiches, mini scones and other sweet treats along with tea and punch. This year’s silent auction will feature over 75 items donated by businesses and individuals in support of the Heart and Soul Free Clinic. Items for the silent auction include a 32’ inch Vizio HDTV, a Vera Bradley overnight bag, artwork, home décor, gift certificates for fine dining and casual establishments as well as quick eats, personal care gift baskets and gift certificates, a family portrait package, clothing and accessories, tickets to a theme park and various cultural and sports events.

All proceeds from the event go towards patient care and the operation of the clinic. Tickets are $50 each. Table Sponsorships for eight are $350.
